Shipping & Returns

Due to increased popularity all our products are made to order. Make times do vary by product type and quantity of Items ordered.

Resin items do on average take approximately 7 days for dispatch which can increase to 10-14 days during busy periods.

 

If an order is needed by a certain date, please reach out and I will ensure too fast track your items.

 

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Dispatch notice and tracking details are provided.

 

We have a 14-day return policy from receiving product. Product must be complete, undamaged and seal intact on sensory bases. Return postage is at buyers' expense. To initiate a return process please contact us at Mysensorymind@outlook.com.

For health and safety reasons we will not accept returns of any sensory base that has been opened.

We expect our packages to be handled appropriately during delivery, if by chance items arrive damaged, please reach out with a photo and we will happily replace. We will not replace items damaged through play however we can provide any sensory kit item for a fee.
