Shipping & Returns
Our products are made to order, Items are shipped via Australia Post. Dispatch notice and tracking details are provided via customer email. Current delivery times are 3-5 business days after dispatch
We have a 14-day return policy from receiving product. Product must be complete, undamaged and seal intact on sensory bases. Return postage is at buyers' expense. To initiate a return process please contact us at Mysensorymind@outlook.com.

For health and safety reasons we will not accept returns of any sensory base that has been opened.

We expect our packages to be handled appropriately during delivery, if by chance items arrive damaged, please reach out with a photo and we will happily replace. We will not replace items damaged through play however we can provide any sensory kit item for a fee.
